Music Director Bryan Kirk, heads an aggressive program of concerts at First Presbyterian Church which usually include the church’s pipe organs. The instruments are a 1972 III/60 Casavant, opus 3170 installed in the rear gallery, and Reuter’s Opus 2148 a IV/69 built in 1991 and installed in the chancel. Both instruments can be played from the chancel console.
Foley-Baker has maintained both organs since 2005. Recent work included the installation of all new electronic relays linking and controlling both instruments. Ongoing tonal improvements to the Chancel organ will continue.
